Arsenal Triumph after a wounded first half

After a sticky first half fashioned with colors of red-card to arsenal young defender Lewis-skelly was send out of  play on a controversial red card that has never been witnessed in the English premier league history. Experts  and football pundits criticized the Centre referee decision on the red card to the young star.

Having played for almost 20 minutes of the second half with 10 against wolves 11 men. Wolves defender was also send off with a red card after a foul play. with both sides balancing the equation with 10 men each. Ricardo  Calafiori broke the deadlock on the 74th minutes with  right side  thriller that saw the wolves keeper seeing dust.

coach Mikel Arteta was impressed with the teams performance  on the second half of the game as they try to bridge the gap with the Liverpool who are currently enjoying a 6 point lead with a game in hand.  Arsenal Kai Haverts missed a few chances that could be converted in the first half. However,  arsenal win does not  guarantee them to be the final title contenders.  Wolves Matheus Cunha who is among arsenal top transfer target also played well but with too much frustrations. With 5 days remaining on the  tranfer market arsenal is looking for a striker and a winger to replace the injured Bukayo Saka and  Gabriel Jesus.
